At DecksyDesigns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that shopping online can be challenging, and that's why we want to make our return policy as clear and straightforward as possible.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via contact form or email us at hello@decksydesigns.com.au. We would be happy to assist you with any concerns you may have.

Please note that all of our products are personalised or made-to-order, which limits our return options. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a 30-day replacement or refund policy for any of the following reasons:

  1. Your product arrives severely damaged or defective
  2. You have received a different product or the print received significantly differs from what is advertised on our website
  3. Your order was sent to the wrong address due to our error

If any of these situations apply to you, simply send us a short email with a photo within 30 days of receipt of the item, and we will either refund you or send out a replacement within 7 business days.

If the order was sent to the wrong address due to your mistake, we will have to create a new one for you and ship it out. For that, we charge 50% of the item cost. Alternatively, you can wait for the order to be returned to us, and if the package was not damaged in transit, we would be happy to reship it to a new address – you simply need to cover the shipping cost (these are calculated on an individual basis).

We understand that sometimes you may want to make a change to your order after you've placed it. If you discover a spelling mistake or want to change the design, please contact us via contact form or email us at hello@decksydesigns.com.au immediately. Any editing needs to be done within 4 hours of placing your order. After that time, the order will be in print, so it will be too late to edit.

We have a free 12-hour cancellation window for all domestic and international orders. After that time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled. If the product is customised or personalised, cancellations may not be possible at all once the production process has started.
