Shipping & Delivery

Our products are made-on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes a bit of time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you and the planet we all share.

Usually, it takes 2–7 days to process and fullfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. We ship globally. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 2–14 business days
  • North America (USA & Canada): 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Japan & East Asia: 4–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We ship all our orders via parcel post. You will receive an email with tracking information once it is available. If you ordered more than one product, they could sometimes come in separate shipments; in such a case, you will get separate tracking information for each.

We generally ship most orders within Australia via standard Australia Post parcel mail. As for orders within the US, we usually utilise USPS. Throughout the shipping process, we will keep you informed and provide tracking links as soon as they become available. An additional customs and tax fee can occasionally occur on international orders upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for this fee as it is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

If you are still deciding the size to order after finding the best design, we can happily assist you in getting the perfect fit!

The size of our shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and tanks may vary depending on the style, so it's essential to refer to the size charts for each style you select. You'll find a photo of the size guide for every product on its product page. To identify your size -

  1. Compare your body measurements to the measurements of each size to determine the best fit.
  2. You can calculate your chest measurements by measuring around the fullest part of the bust and under your arms.

We usually have shirts ranging from XS to 4 XL. You can see the available sizes from the dropdown list in each listing. If you have any questions or want a size not listed in the drop-down, please contact us via contact form or email us at 

It is not unusual to notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue when unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print. It is from a fixation agent applied during printing and is not permanent.

A fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric; the ink would flake off the garment without it. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent; both should disappear after one wash.

For all DecksyDesigns apparel, we recommend - 

  • Cold Machine wash, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.
  • Using non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
  • Not using any fabric softeners.
  • Doing a low tumble dry or hang dry for the most extended life.
  • No dry clean.
  • Air dry when possible.

Help with an Order

All our designs are made to order and sent to production queue within 12 hours of receiving the order (exceptions excluded). If you need to change your order or edit the address, please reach out to us with your order number as soon as possible. We will do our best to help but we may not be able to edit if the item is already in production.

We have a free 12-hour cancellation window for all domestic and international orders. After that time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled. If the product is customised or personalised, cancellations may not be possible at all once the production process has started. We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

We recommend you refer to our size charts for clothing in the listings and tally the measurements with one of your favourite shirts in case you are not sure of the size. While all our unisex clothing runs true to their sizes, our women's tees are fitted (size up if you prefer a looser fit). Women sometimes prefer to size down in unisex sizing. If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size displayed on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know, and we’ll get you sorted out. Any problems arising from an error will be handled at our expense. Please contact us with an image of the product ASAP, and we’ll take it from there and keep you posted about the next steps. Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy.
