Our products are made-on-demand, which means once you place the order, we start working to get it to you. It takes a bit of time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we get to take care of you and the planet we all share.

Shipment processing times

Usually, it takes 2–7 days to process and fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. We ship globally. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:

  • Australia & New Zealand: 2–14 business days
  • North America (USA & Canada): 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Japan & East Asia: 4–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Occasionally, shipping carriers could be experiencing possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances, which could affect the delivery time frame.

You will receive an email with tracking information once it is available. If you ordered more than one product, they could sometimes come in separate shipments; in such a case, you will get separate tracking information for each.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
An additional customs and tax fee can occasionally occur on international orders upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for this fee as it is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
